Our nurses provide treatments, ongoing assessment, administer medications and tube feedings, coordinate care with physicians and pharmacy, and work cooperatively with the nursing assistant team.
Full time or Part time! Work 30+ hours per week and enjoy medical, dental, life insurance once eligibility criteria is met. Paid leave and premium paid holidays. $24.00 - $31.39 per hour, DOE. Not physically demanding, 1:4 client ratio, Check us out; you'll be glad you did!

The Arc of Spokane is looking to hire motivated, caring and empowering team members! Work alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they live, learn and grow toward greater independence in our community. We have many individuals looking for support staff in neighborhoods all around Spokane and YOU can make a difference in a person’s life. Client homes are on or near bus lines—work in the area where you live! On-the-job training, and we cover your classes and certification costs. Starting pay is $14.35/hour + benefits.
Chief Garry/SCC area supporting female clients—
-Full-time day shifts including weekends
-Full-time mid-shifts (11am-7pm)
-Full-time swing shifts
-Part-time swing shifts including weekends
Lincoln Heights area supporting female clients—
-Part-time mornings Monday thru Friday working 1:1 with client
-Full-time swing shifts
-32 hours/week swing shifts Sunday thru Thursday
Thor-Freya area supporting female clients—
-Full-time mid shifts (11am-7pm) Friday thru Tuesday
Northtown area supporting male or female clients—
-Part-time morning shifts Saturday and Sunday
-32 hours/week days Mon-Tues-Thurs-Fri
-Full time days including weekends
-Full-time swing shifts
-32 hours/week graveyard shifts
Francis & Nevada area supporting male and female clients—
-Full-time and part-time swing and graveyard shifts
Spokane Valley supporting male and female clients—
-Full-time day shifts Tuesday thru Saturday

-24 hours/week graveyard including weekend
-28 hours/week LPN or RN

• Minimum age 18
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must successfully pass FBI fingerprint background check
• Legible handwriting and good communication skills
• Reliable transportation (driver's license and proof of insurance)
• Must be available to work the paid training and obtain certifications.

3. Community Inclusion Support Specialist
The Arc of Spokane is the region's go-to organization for advocacy and support of individuals with developmental disabilities. The Community Inclusion program (formerly Community Access) promotes independence and inclusion and is currently hiring a Support Specialist. Community Inclusion Support Specialists enjoy flexible work hours and working in a fun, creative, team environment where staff is empowered to help individuals succeed in accessing the community and building relationships.
Through identifying our participants' interests and the skillset that they can offer their community, you will be able to support them in getting involved with activities like:
•Volunteer work around the community
•Concerts and dances
•Crafts and interest based clubs (i.e. photography club)
•Yoga, Zumba, etc.
•Billiards, bowling, bingo, etc.
•Church groups and events
•Community and neighborhood events and festivals
•and much, much, more.
