Valentine's Sweetheart Dance
Join us for an evening of music and dancing at our annual Valentine’s Day Dance. This event provides a fun, inclusive space for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to celebrate with friends and meet new people in the community. We invite everyone to come as they are for a night dedicated to friendship and belonging.

We will take our van together to go to Dave and Busters and play arcade games! We recomend bringing $25 if you want to eat and play games or $25 for loading and existing card or $30 if you are purchasing a new game card!

Indaba Coffee Non-Profit Feature
Support The Arc of Spokane during Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month by visiting Indaba Coffee on March 6. Indaba will donate 10% of all proceeds to benefit individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Stop by, grab your favorite drink, and give back to our community.

Helping Parents Training
Helping Parents is a nationwide program, available through The Arc of Spokane, that supports families of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This program connects parents and caregivers with trained mentors who have faced similar experiences and can offer encouragement, guidance, and real-life insight.
Through this mentor/mentee relationship, you’ll gain helpful tools, share stories, and build a sense of community with others who understand your journey.

This three-part program provides families with a clear roadmap for navigating the shift from school-based services to Washington state adult disability supports like SSI and DDA. Neurodiversity Night @ The Chiefs
The Spokane Chiefs are very proud to host the 4th annual Neurodiversity Awareness Night against the Seattle Thunderbirds!
Puck drop is 7:05 PM with doors open at 6 PM. This game provides a unique opportunity to reach fans with neurodiversity and offer an enjoyable, inclusive experience that they would not otherwise have at a typical Chiefs game. This game will involve different features that include PA, music, lighting, ticketing, concourse, Integra Rooms, sensory kits, and more.
