Build professional skills and independence through the RISE program.

The RISE (Real-World Internships and Skills Experience) program provides students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) ages 16–22 with hands-on job training. Participants earn real wages while mastering tasks like customer service, cashiering, and stocking at local Spokane businesses. This program is designed for young adults ready to build workplace confidence and take the next step toward independence. We offer both virtual and in-person options to ensure accessibility for all participants.
