Register for our June Adulting 101 classes on self-care! Self-Care: emotional, physical, and social Classes will take place at The Arc of Spokane main office at 320 E. 2nd Ave on Thursdays – June 3, 10, 17, and 24 from 4:30-6 p.m. Students will need to complete a health screening through reception when they arrive and wear a mask. The cost is $75 for the full session (4 classes) and DDA eligible individuals can use respite funds to cover the class Available to participants aged 18-30 Participants will also receive some TYAP swag!
