Summer With A Purpose (SWAP) Program Details: SWAP is a summer program designed to provide community activities and social engagement for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) from ages 12-21. This summer, The Arc of Spokane is providing two small group activities a day. The cost is $10 per activity and there are five participant spots available for each.
