Join us for a fun and supportive Person-Centered Planning Pizza Party designed for high‑school students, young adults, and their families to start thinking about the future together.

Caregivers will receive a physical planning guide to help organize important information and future goals, while students will create vision boards that highlight their dreams, interests, and aspirations. This is a welcoming opportunity to connect, plan, and build community—plus enjoy pizza and refreshments!
