Healthy Relationship Classes:
Healthy Relationships is an 8-week abuse prevention curriculum written specifically for students receiving special education services. It uses a variety of teaching methods to keep students engaged and is offered in collaboration with local school systems. Healthy Relationships is provided at no cost.
Pizza and a Movie:
A free youth oriented monthly activity for students 16 - 21 with I/DD disabilities and their friends. It’s a fun and welcoming environment where youth can watch a move, eat some pizza, hang out and meet new people.
Training Sessions for Professionals:
Free sexual abuse prevention training for Teachers and disability professionals serving children and youth with I/DD. Training sessions are designed to increase awareness of prevalence, and recognition of risk factors and indicators of sexual abuse.
